Clandestine Deposition in Landscapes

Principal investigator: Liam
Level: PhD level research

I'm a senior lecturer in Forensics and Forensic Archaeologist (accredited professional member with the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences) and I'm in the early stages of part-time PhD study in Archaeology at the University of Winchester. My project examines clandestine deposition practices within landscapes (across archaeological periods). My local Finds Liaison Officer (Katie Hinds) has directed me to contact you about researcher access to the PAS. Part of my doctoral study is examining locations of treasure hoards to serve as a necessary counterpoint to my data on body deposition (amongst other types of deposition) since it remains unclear if some treasure deposits were intentionally concealed.
