The Early Medieval period of the Isle of Wight

A reassessment of Christopher Arnold's work on the island's early medieval period and in the process updating the dataset to include new information and recent discoveries (Chris was based at Southampton but worked very closely with the BM). Using GIS and 3D reconstruction software to build a digital model of the island context. The project is supervised by Professor David Hinton, Professor Matthew Johnson, and Dr. David Wheatley; it was started in October 2006 (and will hopefully be completed Spring 2010).
