Downloading data in spreadsheet format

The database can produce search results or individual finds in a format compatible with MS Excel. To get this data, you need to download the data in 'csv format'. To do this, scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the text that says: "This page is available in: xml json csv pdf representations."

It looks like this and is just above the social bookmarking toolset.

If you then click on the csv link you will be asked to save or open the excel format. Alternatively, you can context switch many of our urls by simply appending /format/csv/ to the url string. For example:
