Dr Andrew Brown studied at Staffordshire University and Bristol University before joining the Portable Antiquities Scheme as Finds Liaison Officer for Suffolk in 2008. Here he recorded 10,000s of objects - Suffolk has more Roman coin finds than any other county in Britain. He is now Assistant Finds Adviser and Treasure Curator for Roman coins, assisting Richard Abdy and Sam Moorhead with the recording and processing of Roman coin hoards and PAS site finds at the British Museum
