Salary: £ 16,137 - 17,985 pro

Temporary appointment for 11 weeks: £16,137 - £17,985 pro rata a year

Location: Derby Museums & Art Gallery To commence: As soon as possible

Candidates will assist the Finds Liaison Officer record archaeological finds reported under the Portable Antiquities Scheme in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.  Experience of working with archaeological artefacts is required.  Candidates will also be expected to have an awareness of issues relating to metal-detecting and archaeology.  Knowledge of computer databases would be an advantage but is not essential.
